  • Communication regarding classes, schedules, events, performances, and payments
  • Administrative and operational requirements
  • Participation in communication platforms such as WhatsApp groups
  • Sharing of class-related information, photographs, and videos

Personal information may include names, contact details (including mobile numbers and email addresses), and images or video recordings.

 

  1. WhatsApp Communication Groups – Participation in ballet-related WhatsApp groups is voluntary. Consent is required to be part of these groups.

By choosing to remain a member of a WhatsApp group, you consent to:

  • Your name and mobile number being visible to other group members
  • Receiving ballet-related communications via WhatsApp

You may withdraw your consent at any time by leaving the group.

All group members are expected to respect the privacy of others and may not use, distribute, or process any personal information obtained through the group for any purpose without the explicit consent of the relevant individual.

 

  1. Photography and Video Content – From time to time, photographs and/or videos may be taken of students during classes, rehearsals, examinations, performances, or events.

Such content may be used for the following purposes:

  • Sharing within private WhatsApp groups
  • Educational and progress-related communication with parents
  • Promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to the website and social media platforms

Consent for the use of photographs and videos will be requested separately where required. You may withdraw such consent in writing at any time, and reasonable steps will be taken to cease future use of the content.

Website and Digital Platforms – By using this website or engaging with our digital platforms, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information submitted via contact forms, email, or other digital communication channels, for the purposes of responding to enquiries and providing ballet-related services.
