Terms and Conditions
- Limitation of Liability-
It is agreed that Ballet At Sascha, including its employees, teachers, and principals, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property whatsoever, whether occurring before, during, or after ballet classes, rehearsals, or related activities.
- Payment Method-
Please note that no cash payments will be accepted. All fees must be paid via EFT only.
- Fees and Payment Terms-
The responsible account holder agrees to pay all invoices in full:
- By the 28th of the first month of each term, or
- By the 28th of each month in advance, payable over 11 instalments (Feb to Dec).
Fees remain payable in full irrespective of a student’s absence due to illness, holidays, or any other reason. Ballet @ Sascha reserves the right to refuse a student entry into class if fees have not been settled by the 7th of the due month. A late payment penalty of 10% will be added to outstanding fees.
- Termination of Agreement-
A minimum of one (1) calendar month’s written notice is required to terminate this agreement.
No notices of termination will be accepted after 1 October 2026.
- Contact Details-
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform Ballet @ Sascha in writing of any changes to contact details.
- Trial Class-
One complimentary trial class is offered at the beginning of the year. Thereafter, the applicable monthly or termly fees will be charged.
